Sinopsis:Atrapado en un mundo que no parece entender, Ramón Romano
dicta sus propias leyes para cumplir su voluntad de justicia que acaba
con la muerte de un ciudadano peruano.
Siguiendo las pistas del crimen, el mayor Portillo empieza a sospechar
de Romano, con quien establece una peculiar relación de amor-odio.
En medio de este clima de opresión, sintiéndose perseguido por la policía, con el Sr. Portillo al frente,
Ramón Romano encuentra una válvula de escape al conocer a Sonia, una joven inmersa en un clima de degradación moral y social pero que, empero, conserva intacta una gran pureza a nivel emocional.
Este aspecto de la personalidad de Sonia, al margen de su belleza natural, es lo que atrae a Ramón Romano hasta el punto de erigirse en su protector y su refugio emocional.
